- Others Focused: Our focus is on the needs of others. When others succeed, so do we.
- Intellect and Spirit: Man’s ability to think and reason is a gift from God and not to be shunned. However, when in conflict, natural reason must yield to spiritual inputs that stem from God.

Rhonda Gehle, M.A., M.S.
Tim has over 30 years as a professional educator including nearly a decade of experience in doctoral curriculum design. Tim also has a gift for making complex ideas accessible to a broad range of audiences. He uses the research foundation of his Ed.D. in distance education administration along with his heart for ministry to fuse educational theory with practical Christian ministry. Tim lives in Phoenix, Arizona.

Rhonda Gehle, M.A., M.S.
Rhonda worked in the field of education for over 30 years both in the K-12 setting and at the university level. She held Master’s degrees in Christian Studies and Psychology with studies focused on Leadership and Life Coaching. Rhonda enjoyed working with individuals or small groups to enhance their lives by spurring them on to pursue purposeful living based on informed, intentional choices and a well-articulated life purpose statement. She was passionate about helping others understand God’s love better and grow in relationship with Him. Rhonda completed her work and was called home to glory in early 2021.
